Warranty:
All our disposable vape products come with a 45-day limited warranty provided by the manufacturer, covering manufacturing defects.
Warranty Claim Steps:
- Please email us to initiate a warranty claim, providing as much information as possible, including order number, full name, address, phone number, and reason for the warranty claim.
- We may request photos and/or videos of the damaged or defective merchandise prior to returning the items for initial assessment.
- We may provide troubleshooting steps to expedite the warranty process and help you avoid any processing fees.
Warranty Policy:
- Items that are defective upon arrival and are covered under warranty are eligible for an exchange for the exact model and flavor of the device. Exceptions may apply if the item is no longer actively being stocked.
- Situations Not Covered Under Warranty (Applicable to Disposable Vapes):
Return Shipping Costs:
The customer will be responsible for return shipping charges for non-defective items. All shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refused Orders:
If either the customer or shipping carrier refuses the packages for any reason, the cost of shipping is non-refundable. If your order received free shipping, our cost of shipping the order will be deducted from your refund.
Refund Process:
Refunds may only be issued back to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, or email money transfer). We are not responsible for refunds to a prepaid card or a canceled credit card in the event the cardholder no longer has possession of it.
